One of the easiest and healthiest salads you can do is the Greek salad, but it is also a yummy meal for healthy food lovers. Here is what you need:
- 3 large ripe tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers, peeled
- 1 small red onion
- 4 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 6 black Greek olives, pitted and sliced
- Olive oil
Directions:
Chop the tomatoes, cucumbers and onion, and then mix them in a platter. Spread olive oil, lemon juice and the oregano and mix again. Then add the feta cheese and the olives. Enjoy!!!

I'm not a fan of feta (ironic b/c I'm Greek) but I encourage everyone to try this salad. It's healthy and delicious!
